Massage therapy can help with a multitude of joint or muscle injuries.
There are many reasons why massage therapy could be beneficial to you. Whether you are suffering with lower back pain, neck pain, or you are looking for help with recovery to reduce muscle tension or to reduce aches - we offer a tailored service to suit you and can adapt the massage techniques accordingly. We are based in Eastbourne, East Sussex but also serve the surrounding areas.
One of the biggest misconceptions is the fact that you have to be a sportsman to benefit from massage therapy. But you don't! It can maximise your physical health, muscle function and well-being. Massage therapy can be a fantastic way to treat all minor and chronic injuries which many people will suffer with at some point in their life. We offer sports massage, swedish massage, deep tissue massage, neck massage or a range of soft tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, myofascial relief, soft tissue release, ultrasound or kinesiology taping. Your treatment will be tailored exactly to your needs - Not only do we treat the issue, but we also investigate what has caused the problem - whether that is past injury, poor posture or another cause.
We offer treatment for all types of client. Many people come to us looking for preventative treatment, a massage therapy which allows potential problems to be stopped in their tracks. Or we offer corrective remedial massage therapy which will help speed up your recovery. If you are a sports person, we offer sports specific massage therapy which targets the areas which are under the highest stress and can be applied throughout various training stages.
Here is a list of our prices:
Kinesiology taping - £10 minimum charge (free if included with treatment)
We recommend all clients to have an initial consultation for just £40 whereby we will have an initial consultation about your medical history (nothing too in-depth), your work, lifestyle, and what you are trying to achieve with massage therapy. This session will also include a postural assessment and perhaps some muscle flexibility tests to identify muscle weaknesses. This session will last at least an hour and includes treatment.
